AMIEL GUERIN
Amiel Guerin discovered his passion for gastronomy at just 12 years old, after enrolling in a culinary course that sparked a lifelong dedication to the art of cooking.
Trained under renowned chefs across the world, he refined his expertise in French cuisine while developing a culinary philosophy rooted in authenticity, elegance, and excellence.
In 2010, Amiel brought his savoir-faire to India, where he played a key role in Café Noir in UB City and successfully expanded the brand to five outlets across Bangalore.
Today, his vision continues to blend French culinary heritage with Bangalores dynamic and evolving food scene.
