From the coast of Britanny to the vibrant culinary landscape of India, Chef Amiel Guerin has built a career shaped by passion, craftsmanships, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
His journey began at just 12 years old when an early fascination for cooking evolved into a lifelong devotion to French gastronomy. A graduate of the renowned École Hôtelière Nicolas Appert, Chef Amiel has spent over 15 years mastering the balance between classical French technique and contemporary culinary expression.
After gaining international experience across France, Spain, and the United States, he brought his expertise to India in 2010, where he became instrumental in the expansion of Café Noir across Bangalore and later led the acclaimed French-Mediterranean restaurant le Rêve in New Delhi as Executive Chef.
Today, as the Founder & Executive Chef of Amiel Gourmet, Chef Amiel curates refined dining experiences that celebrate elegant simplicity, exceptional ingredients, and modern French cuisine. He is also the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Pastaroma, an artisanal pasta concept dedicated to freshness, quality, and craftsmanship.
Whether orchestrating sophisticated corporate events, exclusive private dinners, or intimate celebrations, Chef Amiel is recognised for creating cuisine that feels both elevated and deeply authentic, rooted in French culinary heritage while inspired by the richness of India’s regional flavours.
