Event Set-Up & Breakdown:

Our team will complete all event set-up a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience.

Food stations and service areas will remain fully operational and attended for up to 4 hours unless otherwise agreed. Upon completion of service, the CDB team will efficiently manage all breakdown and clean-up activities, with all areas restored by the agreed departure time.

​

Any loss, damage, or breakage caused by guests to CDB-owned equipment, furniture, serving ware, or event assets shall be the responsibility of the Client. 


Damaged will be charged to the host at an additional charge.

Responsible Service of Alcohol:

CDB is committed to maintaining the highest standards of responsible alcohol service.
 

Our team reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any underage guest or to any individual who, in the professional judgment of our staff, appears intoxicated. We encourage open communication between the Client and our service team to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all attendees.

Payment Terms:

We accept payment via bank transfer.
 

To secure and confirm your event booking, a 100%  payment is required.
 

The final guaranteed guest count must be provided no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that plans may occasionally change. While we will always do our utmost to accommodate revisions, cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the following terms:
 

  • No cancellation fee for events rescheduled within seven (7) days of the original event date, provided a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice is given.
     

  • 100 % Food & Beverage charge for cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event where no rescheduled date is confirmed within seven (7) days.
     

  • All advance payments remain strictly non-refundable.
     

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by CDB.

Guaranteed Attendance:

A final attendance confirmation must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event.

​

Billing will be based on the guaranteed guest count provided by the host.

Service Hours & Additional Staffing:

Staffing requirements and service durations are estimated at the time of booking. Should the event extend beyond the agreed service period, additional staffing charges will apply and will be invoiced at the conclusion of the event.​

Additional Service Charges:

* ₹500 + applicable taxes per staff member, per additional hour

Executive Chef Service:

​For events requiring the presence and service of our Executive Chef, additional charges will apply and will be quoted separately based on the event requirements.

Transportation Charges:

0-5 km : ₹4,500 
5-10 km : ₹ 6,000
10-15 km : ₹ 7,500 
15-25 km: ₹ 9,000

​

+ applicable taxes 5%
