Set Up and Clean Up:

Event set up will be completed 30 minutes prior to event start time.  The Food will remain open and staffed for 3 hours. CDB is responsible for the break down and clean-up of all food. All clean-up will be completed by agreed time on the night of the event. If any guest damages anything owned by CDB the client is responsible.

Responsible Alcohol Service:

CDB requires staff members to refuse service of alcohol to minors and to refuse service to any guest that, in the judgment of any staff member, appears intoxicated.  Open communication between you and our service staff will help ensure the safe and responsible consumption of alcohol.

Payment Details:

We accept online, credit cards, or cash. A 100% deposit is required to confirm your event(s). All deposits are non-refundable. The final count is due 48 hours prior to the event. 

Cancellation Policy or Change of Date:

CDB understands that sometimes circumstances arise where you need to reschedule or cancel your order/event. We will always do our best to accommodate your changing needs because delivering fresh delicious food on time is our business. But if cancellation is inevitable, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your event (or as soon as possible) to avoid any charges and to help us minimize food waste.  Check out our cancellation options below:

  •  No charge = between 48 hours notice if you reschedule the same event within 7 days.

  •  50% food & beverage charge = between 24-48 hours notice without rescheduling the event within 7 days.

  •  Event Deposits are non-refundable.

  •  The contract may be cancelled only by written notification to CDB. 

Guest Count:

A final count of attendance must be received by the catering office 48 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the final count or the number attending, whichever is greater

Service Hours:

If your event requires service personnel, the service hours are estimated at the time of booking your event.   Your event may require additional service hours.  Additional service hours will be billed at the close of each event.

  •  Rs.500+Tax Per Staff & Per Hour


Note: Service by Executive Chef will be charged extra

Transportation Charges – 6hrs:

Rs.3600/- + Tax within 30kms

  •  Add hour – Rs100/per hr
